Happy 4th Birthday, Penny!

Today, we’re celebrating a very special day—the 4th birthday of our beloved Brussels Griffon mix, Penny! With her big, expressive brown eyes and adventurous spirit, Penny has filled our lives with endless joy and love.

Penny’s Story

We found Penny at a local shelter, and it was love at first sight. Her sweet face and curious nature won us over immediately. From the moment we brought her home, she has been the heart of our family.

Penny’s Adventures

Penny absolutely loves going on walks. Every walk is an adventure, and she takes her time sniffing out all the interesting smells along the way. It’s her favorite part of the day, and she never misses an opportunity to explore new scents and sights.

Favorite Toys

While sniffing around on walks is her top hobby, Penny also has a collection of favorite toys. She loves squeaky toys, especially her plush duck. The way she pounces on it and shakes it around is always amusing to watch.

Penny’s Other Loves

Besides her adventures and toys, Penny loves to cuddle on the couch. After a long day of exploring, she enjoys curling up next to us, snuggling in for a cozy evening. She also loves playing fetch in the backyard, darting after the ball with unbridled enthusiasm.

A Funny Penny Story

One of our funniest memories with Penny happened last summer. We were at the park, and Penny was, as usual, busy sniffing around. She suddenly spotted a squirrel and took off running. The squirrel dashed up a tree, but Penny wasn’t ready to give up. She stood at the base of the tree, barking up at the squirrel. After a few minutes, she got distracted by a butterfly and started chasing that instead. It was a comical sight—our little Penny, with her short legs and determined spirit, chasing a butterfly across the park. That’s our Penny, always ready for the next adventure!
